The screw conveyor is a continuous conveying device without flexible traction components. It utilizes rotating helical blades to push materials along the fixed casing surface for transportation, similar to how a non-rotating nut moves linearly along a screw. 
The JLX Series Screw Conveyor is specially designed for large-scale dust removal systems, including bag filters, electrostatic precipitators, and hybrid dust collectors, serving as an auxiliary ash discharge device. It incorporates self-developed hanging brackets and couplings, effectively resolving common issues such as clogging and operational instability in conventional screw conveyors.
