The air box pulse bag filter is a bag filter designed by scaling up a single-unit dust collector.  Multiple filter chambers can be combined depending on the required air volume. The cleaning method typically involves centralized pulse jet cleaning of the entire chamber.

Note: The design selection table is for user reference only.  The final selection is usually made by our company's technical personnel after preliminary design based on parameters such as the nature of the polluted gas to be treated, the required dust removal air volume, and the available space.

▼ Advantages
1. The processing air volume can be freely selected and combined as needed;
2. Special designs can be made according to site conditions (size of the site and space);
3. Due to the use of whole-chamber pulse jet cleaning, the number of pulse valves is reduced, the dust collector structure is simpler, control is easier, and the cost of the dust collector is lower;
4. With different filter bag materials, it has wide applicability.

Industrial Applications

✓ Building Materials: Cement and ceramic production dust control
✓ Machinery Manufacturing: Welding and polishing process ventilation
✓ Chemical Processing: Powder handling and packaging operations
✓ Mining Operations: Crushing and screening dust collection

▼ FAQ

What are the main functions of a Dust Collector?
The main function of a Dust Collector is to efficiently capture dust from dust-laden gases, improve workshop air quality, protect equipment, and meet environmental emission standards. It collects particulate matter generated during production through methods such as filtration, separation, or electrostatic precipitation, reducing the impact of dust on worker health and the environment, while also improving material recovery rates and ensuring the stable operation of the production system.

What dust removal methods are commonly used in Dust Collectors?
Common dust removal methods for Dust Collectors include pulse jet cleaning, mechanical shaking, reverse air cleaning, and sonic cleaning. Pulse jet cleaning is the most common, using compressed air to instantaneously reverse the flow and dislodge accumulated dust from the filter bags, suitable for continuous operation. Different cleaning technologies are adapted to different dust characteristics and equipment structures, helping to maintain stable filtration resistance, extend filter media life, and ensure long-term efficient filtration.

Which industries and working conditions are suitable for Dust Collectors?
Dust Collectors are widely used in industries such as cement, steel, chemical, power, food, woodworking, and mining, for handling dust generated during crushing, grinding, incineration, packaging, and conveying processes. Whether it's high concentration, large airflow, or ultra-fine dust conditions, stable purification can be achieved through suitable filter media and cleaning systems, improving the production environment and ensuring compliance with emission standards.
